Great choice for trip. Great hotel in a very large building with amazing views on the lake. Very good staff and marvellous location next to which is gorgeous and an another restaurant onsite in the water at marina. Variety of food at the free of charge breakfast. Smooth check in and good service.

I loved the fine views of Lake Powell and appreciated the easy access to Wahweap Bay, made my city strolls more fun. It's the perfect spot for anyone who loves exploring parks and natural beauty while staying central to the waterfront and boat ramp.

Nice facilities. Right next to the lake powell shore with all kinds of facilities. Perfect relax stop when making the trip between Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Fine sunrise, but room flaws
Waking up to amazing views of the lake added a magical touch to our stay. The proximity to various outdoor activities.
Our experience was marred by the room's outdated facilities and a lack of basic amenities like extra toiletries, made things inconvenient .

Target audience best avoided
The view we had was phenomenal, truly breathtaking from the restaurant. The lake seems to whisper secrets when the sun sets, but that's about it.
This was no bargain, felt like paying a premium for a mediocre stay.
